Currently we can only ship to an address in the continental United States.
All orders shipped to a New York State address will incur a 8.250% sales tax.
When you place an order:
1. Processing your credit card transaction takes 2-5 business days. Then, we ship your puchase immediately.
2. We usually ship UPS Ground. It me take the carrier 10 - 20 days to deliver your package to your door. Usually your package is at your door under 15 business days.
3. We do provide tracking information on all orders.
We currently do not offer express or overnight shipping.
But this will change in the future!
Please note: We do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
Back orders will happen once in a while in this environment. We strive to not letting it happen in the first place, but when it happens we will contact you and tell you when we expect the product to be in our warehouse. If this is unacceptable to you, we will refund your order immediately.
All products must be preapproved before returning. We do charge a restocking fee if not authorized.
Although we have the highest ranking of consumer satisfaction (and we work very, very hard to earn that), everything does not always go according to plan. We know that... sometimes orders are short shipped... sometimes merchandise is broken... sometimes the wrong product is sent. When that happens, we have the following returns policy. Please read carefully as it is strictly enforced.
We guarantee full credit for product only or, if available, replacement for all defective items. You may return a defective product up to 14 days after you receive it. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 14 DAYS. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by us is to be returned to us at the customer's expense. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 14 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced. The liability of us for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). We shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. If you decide to return undamaged or non-defective products, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. All orders shipped via UPS will be subject to UPS Intercept fees, including but not limited to address corrections and/or undeliverable shipments.
