What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We may be accepting PayPal and Google payments in the future.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only New York residents must pay sales tax. We hope that New Yorkers paying this tax will not be detered from using our site due to this.

What do I do if I have problems with my order?

  • If you have problems when ordering, please contact asap so we can assist you in your purchase so we can help you get your questions and concerns resolved quickly.
  • We do give you a tracking code from USPS, FEDEX, and UPS, on every order shipped to you or your recipients.
  • If you ordered, and then developed buyers remorse after your product has been shipped, we will refund your money, after we recieved the product back, minus a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for return postage in this case.
  • If your product arrives damaged by shipping, or defective, you only have (5) business days to request a replacement at no additional cost. This is a lengthy process, so calling after (5) business days, may may cause a problem in claiming your loss. Any losses made by you by misuse or inproper handling, are completely on you, and we will not refund you or your account.
  • Returns are either credited back to your account or purchasing instrument. It is our descression on which method will apply.
  • There are NO returns or refunds for any ointments, supplements, opened gift sets, salts, or any liquid products. Federal law restricts returns on those products, so please make sure you know what you are buying before you finalize the purchase.

Is your site secure?

Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers provided by BigCommerce, and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection by SecureNet. They use all the most up to date encryption available, and are 100% safe.

How come I cannot find a product on your site anymore?

Ocasionally, our products dissappear from our store because they are out of stock, or they are discontinued. If a product that you are waiting to order doesnt re-appear in a couple of weeks, please fill in the form on the Contact Us page. We would be pleased to assist you!
